Position Summary

The Clinical Recruiter will develop and execute a strategy to attract and onboard high quality licensed health care professional clinicians. This position will facilitate all recruiting activities including, but not limited to utilization of recruiting tools, developing competitive compensation/offer packages, developing a pipeline of candidates, and aligning candidates effectively against company opportunities.


  • Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • 5 plus years proven experience managing the full-life cycle recruitment process for health care and have a successful track record of recruiting technical and/or licensed clinician roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and attract top talent to fill hard to source positions.
  • Skilled in the candidate sourcing process.
  • Able to execute workforce plans and develop effective recruiting tactics. 
Job Description
  • Develop, manage and monitor recruitment process to attract qualified candidates for licensed clinician positions, including nurses, social workers, and therapists.
  • Partner with managers and manage a collaborative recruitment process to maintain the integrity of an effective process and to achieve established recruiting goals.
  • Execute full recruitment life-cycle including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting phone screens, in-person interviews, and reference checks; and understand and summarize candidate's key strengths, liabilities, and requirements.
  • Work with business unit management to ensure a sufficient and diverse pool of candidates to fill positions and facilitate Company’s Affirmative Action Program.
  • Track key recruiting metrics.
  • Identify and manage relationships with advertising sources such as local newspapers, online job boards, professional journals, etc.
  • Monitor, recommend, and implement creative, efficient, and cost-effective recruiting procedures.
  • Analyze and report recruiting activity to the management team.
  • Establish relationships with students, campus placement offices, professional associations and other key candidate channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels both inside and outside of Company.
  • Success at developing best practice recruiting methods as well as developing new creative sources for attracting candidates.
  • Strong technology skills and experience with the use of an Applicant Tracking System / full-life cycle recruiting system are required.
  • Must have excellent negotiating capabilities and must be results oriented.
  • Must be a team player.
