Economic, political and social issues polarize our country and communities.  This is particularly true as our nation endures yet another wave of incivility in the current harassment and #me too situations that are at the forefront of our news feeds.   For HR professionals, it poses a particular challenge:  how do we create a strategy to stay in compliance while working to create a fair and harassment free work environment in the future?
This is especially true in for our Transgender employees.   How do we provide the right work environment for their current and future needs?
Milo Primeaux, Esq. has a unique perspective on this topic.  His experience and success in championing the rights of the LBGTQ community is extensive, and his perspective and ability to bring the issues into context for HR professionals is invaluable.
Unlike other facilitator led presentations, Milo Primeaux provides depth beyond just the reflections of an outsider.   He has been intimately involved in this issue for many years, and will provide an engaging, insightful and actionable look at this important workplace issue.
